Our memberships include: American Society of Safety Engineers, American Trucking Association and the California Trucking Association.

OUR HISTORY: From a small beginning in a one room office in Fresno, California, with two
employees, and a few clients within a few miles of the office, we have grown into a bustling
business office with state of the art equipment and a training center in the West Shaw Business
Center in Fresno.

The company was first established in 1982, by a retired California Highway Patrol Assistant Chief. He had the foresight to develop the business to meet a growing need to assist commercial motor carriers in meeting their regulatory requirements. From 1982 through 1992, the company had a slow but steady growth of solid customers.

In January 1992, the company was purchased by retired California Highway Patrol Field Supervisor Bill Praetz, who is the current President, and immediately acquired a business attorney, incorporated the business and began planning for expansion of the services offered to commercial motor carriers. Additionally, at that time we began offering services to other types of transportation oriented companies.

Today, we continue to plan ahead for change in the transportation industry to enhance our
expected growth pattern.
